Practice makes perfect.
Create a loop that plays for 50-60 seconds. If it is a short loop like 4 bars then repeat it often enough. The end result should loopable. If you have more than a loop then you can join SIAM.
Pick what ever license you prefer. A Creative Commons license would be great but is not required.
